Kick back and relax in the calm and very private surroundings of Casabella in Sotogrande. The spacious and bright villa is very comfortably and tastefully furnished with rustic terracotta floors and high ceilings but with modern twists and luxuries. The villa is not furnished as a holiday house but as a home, designed with a thoughtful eclectic mix of textures, materials and styles.
4 large bedrooms, 3 with SuperKing beds (180cm) and one twin. There are 3 traditional bathrooms, (master ensuite with double shower). Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, while bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom.
The living space flows inside and out, all rooms (except bathrooms) have direct garden or terrace access with multiple sitting areas. There are 4 different eating area options, two outside, two inside. Sonos® speakers in the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom provide music around the house. All bedrooms have UK/Euro power blocks and USB/iPhone chargers.
Very private, green and lush gardens surround the villa on all four sides giving the upmost privacy, space and solitude. The very private pool is large enough to lap or just float around in an inflatable in the sun and achieves a pleasant 30/32C in the summer months. It also has the benefit of a funky LED lighting system for those warm summer nights. There is a Weber BBQ grill for alfresco cooking, a dedicated fire pit area for chillier evenings to gather around, just to enjoy the alfresco life style.
Situated in a very private south facing garden, the villa seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life, almost in the country but in fact right in the centre of Sotogrande Alto, an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the facilities of the new and very stylish SO Sotogrande Hotel, with its numerous bars, restaurants, golf and spar. World famous Valderrama is about a one minute drive away and the shops and bars of the Pueblo, the beach and the Marina between 5 and 10 minutes.
Sotogrande is a safe and secure 24hr high security urbanisation but with the feeling of being a very peaceful country club environment.

Summary: We were thrilled with our choice of homes in Sotogrande; the owners were very communicative and helpful in advance and throughout our stay there. We were welcomed into a pristine, luxurious and comfortable, fully equipped home where clearly, every detail was well thought out , from lighting to sound system, etc. The bedding and towels are top quality and the kitchen is equipped to a gourmet standard. The house is very well located to access beaches, restaurants, and easy access to motorway to explore Marbella, and points of interest in neighbouring towns. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and very inviting. We are looking forward to staying there again in the near future. That’s the kind of place it is; Cadabella leaves you wanting more time to enjoy such a beautiful property.
